I don't see anything bad about it as long as they can not only presently afford to properly provide for their kids, but also continue to do so in the future and even if something very unanticipated happens. A person who can barely afford their kids should not have so many kids though. Have as many as you can comfortably afford even if something goes wrong. This is just basic responsibility stuff.

There is no problem having many kids, they have enough to feed them and take their care but they can't control the land amount in Earth which is also decreasing due to global warming.
