Not that surprising honestly. Biden was never going to be a very popular president on account of him lacking the charisma of a good public figure such as Obama, lacking initiative such as Bernie Sanders and just being a boring old insider reluctant to change anything one way or another.

Still better than Trump though since he was openly divisive.

Either way, unless he can somehow strongarm the Republicans into giving him some political wins I dont see him getting a spike in popularity. This again is nothing too surprising. Approval ratings for sitting presidents often decline over their presidency and only spikes during election campaigns when they need to gain votes.

Considering how weak Biden is politically speaking I doubt he will accomplish much since the Republicans refuses to cooperate on the basis that they know it hurts Biden politically if they make sure nothing happens. They will try to undermine everything Biden does for the sake of making him look bad such as when they undermined the infrastructure packet until it was basically worthless.

Truly a "Meh" president during a time when USA needed a strong leader such as Bernie Sanders who would actually have fought for some victories to hang on his wall.

At 39%, it's not nearly low enough. That means at least 4 out of 10 people in the US are retarded enough to still support this puppet. Although I think those numbers are inflated and that it's really more like 15%. Even sane Liberals don't like what Biden is doing.
