Creating nationalized companies and giving the populous affordable healthcare, entertainment doesn't exactly spell capitalism. Germany had universal healthcare since the days of the German Empire but they certainly weren't socialist and it certainly doesn't make a case for Nazi Germany being "socialist". I think the meme is wrong, as I think it is a poor use of the political compass, but to call it nazi/fascist propaganda is absurd. It's even insane to say that when the meme is reversed and the "strong men" is in the authoritarian left is communist propaganda in my mind.

It seems that the creator of that meme is in favor if the right or something like that but nazi sounds a little farfetched, even if we make the popular assumption that nazism is right wing.

Personally I think authoritarianism of any kind is the hard times to create the strong men who take it down. The good times are where everyone is free to govern themselves and then take their freedoms for granted which results in them favoring in more government overreach.
