Why is deadmau5 so overrated?

hey house music is my thing! I been listening to house since I was 5. and I do like deadmau5, but why is he so overrated now? is like even the people who are no into house love him... I mean, what about other house djs like bad boy bill, daft punk, richard humpty vision etc?

Because the rave scene is becoming more popular and "in" so these fools only look up the most popular artists and rant about how good the music is so they fit in.. In turn that gives Deadmau5 more attention and it's like the snowball effect..

I love house music and raving and other types of genres and I've been doing it before all of the hype and it's starting to p*ss me off with all these bandwagon fans..

Idk but you hear all these pop/hip hop artists teaming up with house artists and using dubstep-ish/electro beats so it's getting more overrated :-/

Its the whole "I want to be cool" thing, being into house at the moment is the trend, its played in the it bars. deadmau5 has more publicity and he wears that big mouse head thing so people easily know who he is, basically I think people now associate house music with him.
