You need a qr code that can only be obtained through a double jab to walk into pretty much any store so no vax means no food.
And if you complain about it they say you can get a 72 hour pass through a negative pcr test that costs an arm and a leg to the common citizen.

Go broke. Then starve to death anyway
Get the vaccine with a mandatory booster every 5 months

I don´t think it´s really helpful to use such methods because it might raise the rate of vaccination now but it destroys the trust of people in the government. It might raise the chances that people vote for extreme forces the moment they have the opportunity to come to power.
