The republicans openly stated in the 80s and 90s that all their debt, starting with Reagan, was an ideological war to prevent anyone from funding any more New Deal style policies. Those FDR policies that put Democrats in national power for about 45 straight years. Boo Hoo. Sht worked for a while. 29 trillion in the whole later, nobody is gonna fund a damn public water fountain any more. You have to keep.0000001% interest rates on that level of debt because otherwise, the entire economy would be required for debt service and the entire BS would collapse. So now we are between the 8 ball and the deep blue sea. The republicans "won" the ideological war by tanking the new deal, but it will probably end with the termination of the entire economy and the end of the imperial capitalist BS train to hell. Oh well. cry me a river you turd brain goofballs. Hope all the ideological hatred and BS was worth it.

It depends om how it increases the interest rates. The rational manner to do so would be to change interest rates slowly over a year time. Then sure, it will slow down economic growth for sure but there is no reason to assume it will lead to economic collapse or recession in general.
If they bump it up suddenly with 1%, there will be panic on the market and effects will be more sudden, which will mostly lead to somewhat lower economic growth.
Also, how much it should increase interest rates should not be based on such an arbitrary number like 1%, but their complex monetary models.
Anyone's guess at this point. There can be educated guess, but still guess. With the 40% increase in money production, they essentially stole 40% of all US wealth. With increased wages and taxes and cost of living they will course their printed money through the economy further draining people's savings and value. Unless that money is destroyed or undistributed, we will all be robbed 40%. Granted it will have a dampened effect so perhaps 25%, but can reach a max value of 40%.
None of these things in the short / medium term. It is only leading to a future malinvestment in the medium / long term. Problems will come later. In the short term, if there was a 1% rate hike, there could be problems on wall street, but not market crashes. Markets are already pricing in an expectation of rate hikes.
Housing market will probably cool off a bit.

Why are all your choices negative. If the Fed raises interest rates, not much will happen, other than prices will probably stabilize and we won't see violent swings in stock markets.
We are on the verge of a complete economical worldwide collapse. This may or may not be the final trigger, but it will certainly have it's impact. Especially looking at the ongoing increase of inflation that reminds of early Weimar.
Probably for the best. We’ve been at 0% interest for years. That’s not sustainable. Inflation and rising interest rates shouldn’t be feared. Those are signs of a growing economy.
The fed is buying all the new debt and creating fake wealth. This is a fundamental house of cards fraud.
The economy will slow down and given the current inflation and tax increases it will cause the economy to suffer.
