Do you think gen z is the most hated generation?

I just feel like everyone from the older gen (even millennials) continue to shame us and belittle our generation.

I also hear boomers that we are the reason why the planet is changing to worse because of what we do, ironically, I know some gen z people who find ways on how to save this planet, and we are the ones who are empathetic, but all they do is criticize us and bring out the worst in our generation.

I say this because I’m a part of gen z, and I do believe that this generation has people who can’t love themselves because of their self-esteem that got affected by trauma.

Every generation has problems and stupid things about them.
I don't get the sense that Gen Z is the most hated. But every group will be criticized. That's life.
Maybe the main criticism of Z is how emotionally fragile they are. I thought being the most inclusive generation in history was going to be a good thing. I failed to see the flip side, the yin-yang, again. What it has also birthed is a people who have been raised in large part on social media, are very focused on an online image, and get offended easily and want everyone, no matter their choices, to be accepted. That is a problem (and not realistic.)
But other than that, don't take it personally, or think you're the only ones who go through a hazing process. We all did. We all fought for identity, our own distinct vocabulary and culture... but in the end, people are not so different. We're more similar as humans than different. The more one tries to make a distinction, the more others will see you as 'the other.' Be humble, be active, have a voice, but don't whine too much about your distinctness. Learn from the idiotic mistakes that people before you made. That's the best you can do. Ask questions sometimes, acknowledge what you don't know. It will ease the transition into adulthood.
Society is self-policing. Just like with the animal kingdom, when the young get out of line, start acting crazy, they will be put in their place. And they will eventually do the same to the next generation.

I think the millennial generation is still the most hated generation. It was during the millennials’ coming of age that we saw significant change, some for the better, others not…. and regardless…people, especially those benefitting from the status quo, don’t like change.

I think in terms of the generational disconnect, it’s still Boomers vs. Millennials. We’re constantly bitching about each other, and Gen X and Gen Z just seems to be along for the ride, minding their own business.

The youngest generation is always the "worst generation" in the minds of some people in older generations. Both you and they are wrong.

You can't categorize people by generation and have any confidence that you are accurately speaking about the entire population born within those years. There tons of people that will buck whatever trend you are seeing. For example, Baby boomers made up over 70 million people in the US in 2019. How many of them do you actually know? Virtually zero. How many Gen Z people do they know? Virtually zero.

Nah. Zoomers can be annoying on Tik Tok, but Millennials will ALWAYS be the worst generation humanity has ever made. Safe Spaces and Preferred Pronouns started with Millennials. At least Zoomers (1997-2012) are self-aware and know how bad PC culture is.

Yes, but only slightly - and only post-covid. The Boomers have held that title for the last 50 years.

The biggest issue with Zoomers is their lack of a backbone, and generally being brainwashed and mainstream in all of their opinions. They think anyone older than themselves is a "boomer", and only value the thoughts and company of their own generation. Why they get so much hate? They are the gayest and most degenerate generation in history. They are weak know-it-alls, and while I will admit as a millennial - they understand new technology like AI better, they are completely hopeless in older forms of technology. But I mean, that's not really a reason to hate them.

They definitely have some maturing to do, just as Gen X viewed us 10-15 years ago.
But the future doesn't look good for them. The only thing to make Gen Z look better is the next generation being worse. (Totally possible sadly.)
