Does anyone else feel sad seeing Gen Z replace the ‘greatest generation’?

Some polls put the % of Gen Z that identifies as LGBTQ at almost 29%.. UH, WHAT? If you think this is something "natural", that number is 4% MAX. So we have a generation of mentally ill kids that are replacing WWII heroes. Very sad. Scares me for the future.

First, those gen Z self identifiers are internet addicts. Not the best way to sample a population.

Second the "Greatest Generation" was probably just as sexually confused and fucked up as today's kids. They just hid in the closet like their life depended on it. Because it did.

Third, the 4% number has probably always been true for the human population overall.

Yes we are... there is plenty of research that shows we are 20%-30% , and Millennials hit around 10-20%

@Kaneki05 Really? I live in the Gayborhood in Seattle and know a number of gay people but it's not close to 20%.

It's not just being gay though, it's those who importantly genderfluid or simply identify as something else. I'd say for every 30 students in a class yeah at least 4 to 6 would be somewhere on the spectrum of being gay or identifying something else.

I also think Bi is lower than accurate cause guys especially don't like to admit when they start having thoughts about guys but primary want a girlfriend and always have had girlfriends. They won't therefore go on record calling themselves Bi but may actually be so.
And I think data for this result lands in research that shows proclaimed straight guys will watch gay porn.
But tbf watching it don't always make someone gay... but at the rate it happens there has to be a decent amount that are confused but don't want to admit it.
