Why people keep calling people from Pakistan liars? (Mainly the Pakistani boys)?

From my experience in the middle east, most Arabic countries have a different perspective on what they consider lying. Some things are said and not expected to be be believed, and if you do believe everything at face value its more your problem for being naïve than them being misleading.

Now Pakistan is not a true Arabic country but I trust my example is applicable. Its more of problem of what you're willing to believe, but in a country where the truth can get you killed or locked up in jail for little to no cause the culture allows for different perspectives on truth when the realities of life are much harsher.

It makes me sad. It is generlisation to a high degree. I can fall into the lies of multiple non-Pakistani. Doesn't meant the world's population minus pakistanis are 100% liars.
