I don't see the big deal about grinding honestly, I prefer it in a club either girding face-to-face or with the man behind. What else can you do..Its not like your going to break out into a salsa dance at a club. I don't consider it 'trashy'..I've seen a lot worse then just meaningless grinding. It seems all the older generations consider it to be then people my age..imo, things change.

Not in it's trashy club form. In it's pure, actual dancing form. It demands a lot of strength in you legs...
