Vigilante is not usually in reference to this, but if you mean like resisting the government, they might but even if they can't... it would just turn into something like Afghanistan or the middle east, lots of deaths on both sides with no clear way to end it.

Imagine if Rural America had road side bombs all over the place, or how bad it was in those other countries, now take people that are better educated and imagine what you will get.

Do not even need to take them down, just destroy all the roads from Rural America to big cities and people will starve in two weeks begging for food as we live in a just in time delivery society.

No way the establishment can protect every single road, river or power line. Easy enough for resistance to take down and it would take longer to repair, while others are being destroyed to.

Look at Mexico for example, the gas pipelines they have, they cannot even keep them running, even with the army patrolling it. People keep tapping into it, stealing gas and in some cases accidently destroying it. All cause the people cannot afford high prices of gasoline.

Not without support of another elite establishment group who is in competition with first one. This happens always when elites don't have anything more to steal from the pleb and start to steal from each other. See Ukraine as example.

No, few reasons.
1. True elites who actually give all the orders are unknow to 99.999% of entire world population.
2. People like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos all world Presidents etc... are lackeys. They are the social face of people who controlling them behind closed doors. Meaning all the heat, all the anger and even prosecution/death will be directed towards them, while those who are pulling their strings are free to do what they were doing before.
3. Protection that they have placed to protect themselves is undefeatable, (until Jesuses return, then he will get things straight) until then, they are protected by all world military who are controlled by high and trust worthy to (them) generals and politicians, below that you have C. I. A. F. B. I. N. S. A. Google, Facebook, Quantum computer who also work for them that monitors everything and everyone and sees if anyone is planning anything. And below that you have simple cheap goons who are willing to do their bidding for couple dollars if someone uncovers something that might jeopardies their Agenda.

No, they may be a large majority in rural areas but overall they are a minority. That’s why Republicans keep losing the popular vote for president. Besides, the won’t be fighting “the corrupt elite”. They will be fighting the National Guard, which is sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Even without the national guard, the “corrupt elite establishment people” have guns too. The Proud Boys and others of that ilk will be outnumbered, outgunned, and outsmarted. They would be slaughtered in urban combat. They imagine it would be a bunch of unarmed BLM protesters. Wrong. They would be fighting very smart and well-armed people on their home turf.

In what context? "Vigilante justice" as I'm assuming you're referring to is illegal and would more than likely end up reversing the situation to paint the "corrupt elite establishment people" as victims rather than bringing something to light, especially if they really are so well connected.
