Seriously though, I think pollution control has spun out of control. We may have reached the point of no return. Air pollution, water pollution, and ground pollution are threatening everything we have built. We have yet to measure the effects, but it is bad. I was just reading an article about our drinking water systems being irreversibly polluted with measurable and unsafe levels of many medications and pharmaceuticals. They said that fetuses, infants, and children are negatively effected in ways that weren't even tested in the lab, and that the negative effects that they can predict should be occurring. Car pollution is epic as well. We just have a lot of this kind of stuff to deal with, and I think it's too late.
Baggiest problem with the USA is that our federal government has become nothing more than a dick measuring contest between two extremist ideologies who are more concerned with showing that their side is better than the other regardless of the detrimental impact it has on the people who live here.
Sweden's issues can all be traced back to its root cause: The current leftist government. From there we've declined in safety, a tremendous rise in criminality, sparse resources to police, uncontrolled immigration and parallel communities, religious extremism, a deteriorated economy even though we're still wealthy globally speaking. Poor educational quality and lack of teachers, severe lack of nurses in healthcare and huge waiting lists as long as the populous of entire cities. If we finally do away with the Social Democrats and their lackeys by elections this year, things might turn around.
From Luxembourg. Even though life standards here beyond great compared to others. Greed is a big problem, our politicians only see growth in power and money money money. They want more and more people to live in our country, living space gets rare and housing prices get more and more unaffordable for us (can't get a house without it being it being 1million euros or more).
What I don't get is, we all are people here trying to survive in increasingly suffocating world and the caste, race, all these things are just tools of the rich people to manipulate, control the masses. Politicians being the most users of it, but still, people let them use these.
The world is so complex now, that oversimplification of things misinterprets them, resulting in an absolute chaos at the end, and profit for the top people only. And the public understands oversimplified things only.
As for women's safety, India is facing a really very serious problem right now. I don't know how to react to news with women involved.
In my heritage country of the Dominican Republic is the mass migration (millions) of Haitians across the border. It's a total disaster which is going to end bloody and bad.

@bean2k21 it's the place where we provide free healthcare to our population, so that we have lower maternal deaths, infant mortality, longer lifespan... oh and we have strict gun control laws so we have like less than 1/10th of your gun deaths per capita... that place.

Officially, ''my'' present country has no problems :D Not my business; but if I were P/M, I'd do something about the quality of basic schools, and road safety as well. Beyond that: I can't change a culture.
Oh I thought you said what's the "worst country". To answer your question, It's just corruption in here is very bad + and we're the 3rd most disaster prone country in the world.
