What makes you the worst isn't what resources you lack, or how undeveloped you are, or how bad your economy or infrastructure is, or your political system.

It's how you treat people, both within your borders and when dealing with other countries. It doesn't matter how rich, powerful, well developed you are, if you treat others like shit and throw your weight around then you are the worst.

The idea of ''countries'' ignores the fact that people don't chose where they are born.

Where... when it comes to cultural acceptance from my side, it would be the Indian region, the north American one, and the Arabian peninsula that look least admirable.

Lots of corruption. Barely-existent infrastructure. Insane inflation of currency. Usually some warlord thug with a drug habit in charge.
