Look Hun if a guy wants to hook up he'll say anything just to get what he wants. He sounds clingy and disgusting. Behaviour like that is such a major turn off. If you are into those hook ups than I guess go for it, but understand a hook up usually means just hooking up for one night/day and it means nothing more nothing less than just a fling. As I said, guys will say anything to hook up with a girl. Don't fall for that "pretend sweet talk" he is giving you.

Trust me, I know it can be really embarrassing. But think hard about it and you'll realize it has to be done. You need to tell an adult. Start with your school counselor I'd say, and your parents too. Yes, your parents may get mad. But they deserve to know. And they care about you a lot. They love you. So whatever they say, know that they're saying it because they care about you. And they can help you a lot in this situation too.

There's nothing wrong with kissing at 16. But in my opinion there IS something wrong with hooking up (where it doesn't mean anything)... now that I think about it there's something wrong with hooking up at any age.
