Any homos, etc getting tired of the LGBT community yet?

I am bisexual and think that the LGBT community is just so fucking corny. They propagate an sjw victim mentality and while saying they are so mentally ill, purport to tell us they are wise enough to give us vast social solutions and societal changes. They aren't even smart enough to realize that the last letter in the acronym is not like the first three letters lol 😅🤣

People like me in that LGBT community are invisible because we are indistinguishable from normal people. Liking dick if you are a guy should not mean you can't fit in, what's with these people who make this LGBT thing their whole identity? Didn't you have any hobbies growing up? I'd rather hear about how you play video games then why you think "heteronormative society" is oppressing you.

It's funny that you asked this question today. My brother is gay, and I was speaking with him recently about a parallel topic: The quiet support for right-leaning, centrist, and libertarian politics and politicians by homosexual and bisexual men. He tells me all the time that the vast majority of those with non-heterosexual lives who have "woke" politics and agendas are lesbians and transsexuals. However many gay and bi men are very fed up with all the crazy liberal "woke" nonsense. Especially those in the middle class. They all generally just remain quiet and support many variations of the non-left in silence.

well yeah I agree, I’m bisexual and I’ll never be a part of that group. I’m with a woman so not sure I’d even be wanted in the group in the first place.
guessing it was started when being gay was a scary thing.
now it is more accepted, and the group has much less of a purpose in my opinion.
Isn’t that the best success, when there is is no need for a group like that anymore?

Time was, being a homosexual was dangerous. And that time wasn't so long ago; Matthew Shepard would probably be alive today if his mugger hadn't thought he was hitting on him. There are places, even now, where it can still get you killed; Palestine's big step forward in gay rights the other year was making a death sentence for male homosexuals only apply on a SECOND offense; the first just gets you ten years in prison. But in the first world? The idea is almost a joke. They talk about "allies" like they're under siege.

That's the problem: too many people have made their meal ticket out of fighting a war that's already been won. I'm not sure whether they modeled themselves on the race hustlers or if it was the other way around, but the net result is just the same: a small group of screamers trying to convince everyone around them that the world is much worse off than it is, out of fear of having to get a real job. Ordinarily, they'd just be laughed off, but in a culture that's started to see victimhood as a moral value, they're taken with an appalling amount of seriousness. Time was, the goal was like Dr. King said "... Not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character". Make it "the orientation of their sexuality", and it was the same goal.

Not any more. And you can see that in the rhetoric: when I joined campaigns and wrote members of Congress, it was all about "gay marriage". That writing didn't do squat, and it ended up being the courts that settled it (kinda disappointing, but that's another issue), but as soon as it was done, it magically retroactively became all about "marriage equality". Gay or straight, black or white, male or female, only a fool trusts euphemisms.

Imagine if everyone became homosexual/lesbian. The birth rate would drop to zero and civilization would end. Yet, it's actually illegal for someone to say that heterosexuality is best for society, if they live in Canada.

I think the ancient Romans were smarter... they had homosexuals but all of them respected and recognized the value of hetero marriage and hetero family structure. Today people want to destroy things without any thought about the consequences.

While not Gay or Bi myself, I have friends in the current LGBT community who want to walk away from it because its become too SJWish and if another LGBT community came into being that was moderate they would leave the current LGBT community to drown in the mire of its own making, especilly as there is a move to add Paedophiles to the current LGBT community, which my friends find abhorrent but there is nothing they can do to block this.

I am heterosexuals, but I friends who are not. So your post is refreshing in many ways because I do not think people in general understand some of the negitive impact LGBTQ has had.

They are tired of everyone thinking LGBTQ actually represents all gays, Bi's and Lesbians. They do not believe that being gay, lesbians or Bi as a whole buy into this gender bullshit... because they are 100% comfortable being men and women who are gay or Bi, and this LGBTQ agenda about Trans gender does not apply to them. They feel people as a whole is now, associate gays or bis as being all the same community of people and that takes something away from what they have fought for and achieved as a gay community.

They also hate the "Q" in LGBTQ... because again they do not even know what that means, they fought for years to be seen as more than queer. Now LGBTQ embraces it as if it is a good thing. They definitely do not want gays and bi to be seen as Queers.

Oh, a good chunk were tired when I was a young adult.

That was true for gay guys and lesbians, by the way.
At my time it was feminists, "everyone" was a feminist, don't forget the "lesbian" posers.
(some bisexual, most straight up straight.)

Having to advise women at that time was actually easy.
There's an easy parallel with faux lesbians and people who don't really want to date you/don't want to be public about dating you. (for girls and guys in that order.)

I know two people who are flammingly gay and they can't stand most of the woke culture. I'm kinda seeking on their behalf a little bit so this is more of my inperpretation of how they feel, not that I haven't had some flavor of this conversation with both of them in the past.

I have been sick of this movement for a long time. It has done it's job and the vast majority of people accept them. The only reason the movement is still around is because they lust for power.
