You've transposed the question. Masculine men, tend to be rightwing. Feminine men tend to be more leftwing. Masculine men tend to be individualists and lean towards more rightwing politics. Feminine/beta/low T/woke men tend to be more collectivists and lean toward leftwing politics.

First things first masculinity is subjective. Republicans believe in old systems. Men must be this and that. They define their masculinity through how society says a man should be. They try to live that "man" role. Men must have this, men must act like this or do this to be masculine. So they get a truck, get guns. Why? Because they think it's masculine. Which is why you think they are more masculine. they are told to do so by old systems, but just because they do or have things that might make them masculine, that doesn't actually make them masculine.

Democrat guys don't let society views control how they should live or do to be seen as masculine. You could be masculine and not have a gun or truck. Materialistic things don't make you any more masculine. If anything they just feed your ego.
Democrat guys don't feel as if they need to follow the footsteps or role of your "man" to be a man. They are capable of choosing how they want to live their life, with or against society and most of the time it's against. Simply they don't need old belief to tell them how they should live. Because many people on the left hate doing things that involve masculinity, protecting others, or general labor, it seems like. (Many, but not all.) They dislike the police and military, after all, and they look their noses down on working class jobs and general labor jobs UNLESS an illegal immigrant is doing them. They also don't believe in gender or heterosexuality (yet reason, treat race with extreme rigidity, to the point you can make up genders, but can't pretend to be black if you're a white person.)

Conservatism is about conserving things from the past - values, traditions, rules etc.

Liberals are more interested in changing rules which they believe to be unfair, changing values that they see as being outdated, and doing away with tradition.

When it comes to masculinity then obviously men with more traditionally masculine traits or views are going to be more conservative whereas those who don't like that are going to be liberal.

So, insecure men end up doing a lot of chest thumping to compensate for whatever is bothering them about themselves. Yeah it's about social norms, the less you value them, the less you prioritise them

But side note it's not that there aren't still ways of judging 'manliness' within the left, it just changes slightly. In my experience it's less how much you bench, and more how good you are at sex. If you're more liberal that includes between the sheets, and that's more a playground for the left than the gym, but both approximate where we focus finding our 'man points', if that makes sense
