How come the rape of women in war is never a top priority?

When you look at war, it seems that women/children being raped is never talked about in the news. It's always swept under the rug like a taboo. I am sure Russian soldiers have raped en mass women and children yet not one thing is spoken about it. Or rather women seem to be pretty mute when it comes to talking about their rape by 10 soldiers. It is a war crime but seems that feminists would rather give rights to men dressing up and women so the can compete in women's sports.

I often wonder how many soldiers would watch a woman or child get raped and do nothing. It's like you are a soldier and these are your brothers yet your brothers are child rapists? Like back home you would have not second thought in killing a pedophile if you could get away with it but it's okay to hear the screams of innocent women and children? It's sad that real men do not exist in the Military with core values and moral ethics.
