It´s part of nature that one gender bears the child. Yes there are risks but they are depending on your medical possibilities different countries have pretty low.
I don´t think it´s beautiful because it can be really messy at times and also it can distort the metabolism of a woman leading to her vomitting or making her feel sick because of it.
