Probably better. She's very unlikeable as a person, but I agree with virtually all of her policies, and I believe she's fairly competent, and would most likely appoint competent people to important positions.

That being said, I'm no Biden fan, but it's crazy to blame him for everything - if you take a look around, you'll see that all the issues in the US - inflation, rising fuel prices, etc - are happening everywhere else too, so it's not just down to him.
Most of it still stems from the Covid pandemic, and we all know who completely failed to deal with that... Oil is a global market, so prices are up everywhere, due in part to Russia's war in Ukraine (petrol prices in the UK are through the roof as well, even though the UK is self-sufficient in oil).
