I'd say 95% I can make out. The parts that confuse me are like 0:45 to 0:50. I can't make out the words there and it almost sounds like a different language than English to me.

In terms of instrumentals and rhythm, it sounds super happy to me and fun for dancing! I might be ever-so-slightly used to Caribbean dialect just listening to songs like these (Jamaican in this case):

Yeah u saw that video before. Damn, some Irish dialects are hard. Some Irish dialects may be mixed with old language that isn't English. But I think a lot of it is English and still the accent is so off course.

There are words in Trinidadian that aren't English but not in every sentence.

It does sound awesome. I'm wondering if in this instance it was closer to Latin or to German. I know English is a West Germanic language. I'm just not familiar with the sounds of German and Latin.

Seems a bit tricky since even old German sounded quite different than modern. Old Norse also sounds a bit similar to me even though there are only a small fraction of words in Old English in common with Old Norse to my limited understanding:

Just going by sound, High Germanic seems the closest to Old English to my ears among these.

I can understand some of it. Lyrics are often hard to understand, in any case. I often can't understand all the lyrics in songs sung by American performers. But this one was tougher.
