On KizlarSoruyor they made a new rule a person’s account will be permanently deleted after 14 days if a person decides to delete their account. If a person logs back in before 14 days their account will be reactived.

Sounds like that rule just gives people a chance to reconsider if they really want to delete their account. Not sure if it would really affect trolling.

Trolls don't care if their accounts get deleted. They just make another one, but will probably delete it themself after awhile.

No, trolls just make account after account. It wouldn't do a thing here. If their account was deactivated, they would just make a new one. I have seen trolls go through a dozen accounts in a day.

No. There's an infinite supply of email addresses, thus the only ones that would be affected are G@Gers that take some time off.

I think it would decrease the amount of users overall, but no I don't think it would reduce the amount of trolls.
