Because it makes you stronger than the rest. Negativety just ruins you for nothing. And I know i work with a extremely negative person, I become more negative. It's kind of like they are winning. I can only take so much at times. But I. The end yoga are able to take more , before you get negative again. Lol f'n selfish humans piss ne off. Lol
