Why are psychopaths and narcissists more successful (or at least people who possess many of the traits)?

Okay let's say you're on a board right and this board is hovering over a giant blender

The board and the blender are going to shrink over time which means there will be less room for people but there's a whole bunch of people on it right now

The only option is for people to get shoved into the blender

Obviously the psychopaths who don't really feel bad about anything or going to quickly be shoving people into the blender because those people's lives don't really matter to them on an emotional level but they do care about their own life so it's an easy solution for them shove people into the blender they get to live longer and might even survive

Jobs are much the same way all your coworkers are on a giant board hovering over a blender and your success in large corporations is based off of who all you can shove into that blender which is why psychopaths are so successful there because they are not reluctant at all to shove people into the blender

I do not think they are. I think its sort of like gambling, they take higher risks and a few of them get a bigger payout at the end while most of them lose it all and falls to the bottom in obscurity because society becomes averse to them. On average I think everyone else is doing better but as psychopaths and such can easily abuse this there are some that can gain large advantages.

This answer is very easy. In short, narcissists and psychopaths mens have naturally very high social skills. Social skills are the most important evolutionary characteristic that exists, above intelligence, that is why psychopaths have more children than gifted ones.
