Which continent has the most civilized people?

In your opinion, which continent's people are more civilized in general?

My first inclination is Europe, but it's actually probably North America. It really depends on what your definition of "civilized," and if you're going strictly off of the seven major continents, the continents as they are divided by tectonic movement, historical versus current, etc.

Pretty much no matter how you spin it though, Antarctica would be the least since other than a dozen or so research sites, there is no civilization to speak of.

Logically Europe.
Of course, it's always a sliding scale "civilized" is a shorthand for a lot of things, and I'm taking the amount of people as well as the "preponderance of civilized behavior vs uncivilized" into account.

If it's just the latter, one probably should say "Antartica" followed by "oceania" and of course, it depends at lot on what one defines as a continent.

Technically, the Middle East - it's where civilisation came from and is why the USA tries so hard to break it up to make itself look better.

But The far east was probably the most stable place, right before the Ukraine war started.

My guess would be Europe. To have all those countries and languages, and still work successfully together, requires civilized people.
