In that case, I don't know. They're used for two different purposes in my mind - lawnmower for lawns, weed eaters for things that need a finer touch like ends of the lawn onto sidewalk or along patio tiles.

I'm gonna be buying a reel mower since I have a tiny bit of lawn to care for, need the mulch for the garden, and don't want to have to spend for corded on such a small property. I do want a weed eater, too - my patio will need it and I want to get some finer trim on the fence line.
