It's irresponsible for him not to run at this point. Were on the brink of the 2nd great depression and we aren't even halfway through Biden's term. By the time 2024 comes mean tweets and words will be the least of society's problems.

If Trump won in 2020, he can't legally run for a third term. If, however, he lost (which every politician says he did) then he can run again in 2024. He can't have won and then run again for a third term.
