No, it was proven fake! I still have no idea who the guy is but I figured he must be famous (or why would still-alive have posted it.) I just googled the Gus nana me and, well… panty sniffing! The first result was a Snopes article about the “tweet” as well as a link to the comedy site where it first appeared.
