Not around where I live. You'd have to live in a van until retirement age and save every penny and then maybe you'd pull it off with a mortgage in a non inflationary market which is imaginary land. At your wage you're shooting for like a $120,000 house and there aren't many places where those are available that still have an economy. If you live in the middle of no where and there is a burger shack or a diner at some road junction then maybe it's possible.

it depends on where yo live and how long you expect to be saving. I would say that it will be difficult.

The only good thing about the job is I work 7am-3:30pm. But I figured it will take a while to save up with a job that pays that much.

You will need at least 10% for a down payment plus another ten grand for extras.

If you put don 20% yo do not need mortgage insurance but usually 10% is enough.
