Anyone who works retail knows

Because some feel like if they are paying for a service they are entitled to treat you like they are your boss. Look how many Uber riders sh! t on Uber drivers. As if they paid them so they should just take it.

I've learned that most angry customers just want to be heard. And want to feel you empathize with them. I would say only about 5 percent can you NOT reason with. And with those 5 percent I wouldn't even try. Most have never done a days work in their life and therefore have no concept of circumstances beyond someone's control.
