Who in your experience are the worst customers to deal with?

In my opinion it's the elderly. They always are really slow and hold up the line, plus they always usually complain. No offense as I don't mean the majority of elderly people but some.

Ones that demand I look in the video drop box for that movie everyone wants too see, 3 seconds after I just looked in there for the people in front of them in line, thinking that movies just magically appear in there without anyone dropping them in there, and that there are not 400 people ahead of them in the reservation list, and that I won't feed that video into a wood chipper before I'd ever allow such obnoxious #_-:-('&;;!'';'''s the satisfaction of ever getting anything they want in that store ever again after the language and attitude taken with me which is mute of point anyway, since I'm adding late fees too their account out of spite, because Karma is taking her sweet ass time being a bitch too them so I gave too embrace my inner asshole and do it myself-------------ahh. Nothing like a good rant too release a couple decades of pent up frustration and vindictiveness.
I suppose it's just as well VHS and Betamax are dead technologies, and people are🖕- loading and 👎 loading everything, because 🤧 customers can really get on a CSR's nerves and push him to go 🦍💩on someone not smart enough to🤫.

worst experience = guys. Especially young punks. Worked at Radio Shack and had people who thought their shit didn't stink. As for Gateway Computers - again, young punks who are wannabe gamers..

As for my other job (I consider them "Customers" since Im doing a service..)

In my suit and tie job - Newbie Lawyers. Who think they know so much, spent 4 years in law school - opposed to me who was in the field for a while..

in my money outfit (my beloved monkey outfit) guys who just came out the academy. act like they got TOJ when they dont.

In my experience it's been middle/older-aged women. Presumably those who work in a business setting where they are the boss for their assertiveness and direct expression of dissatisfaction and blame for any perceived mistake.
Not all middle-aged women, in fact very few. But that seems to be the unhappy customer archetype to me.

Middle aged people (especially women) they're the rudest. Old people can be annoying but in general the women are nice and it's more the old men that are annoying (though much less than middle aged women). They just seem always angry and stressed and not patient at all.

Having worked in a cable company call center years ago, I can agree with that. Also, people who like to use their kids to try and get something for nothing. I can't tell you how many times I heard someone say it was my fault that their kids couldn't get Christmas gifts because I couldn't lower their bill. I've even heard some people say their kids wouldn't be able to eat. If your kids can't eat because of your cable bill, you may need to reevaluate your priorities.
