Why are we arguing CRT and Abortion instead of the diminishing Free Market?

The only time abortion is understandable is if the mother is going to die, like she has cancer and needs to go on chemo treatments beyond that abortion should be banned. Those who preform abortion or get an abortion in 99.99% of circumstances should be going to prison for the rest of their lives. It’s murder I don’t see why most conservatives aren’t in favor of sending the women to jail for murdering her child. If the abortion doctors should be going to prison for murder so should the women who had her baby murdered.
