Trending & News Kim has an actual god complex. Whether he actually believes himself to be divine is debatable, but that's how he presents himself to his own people. He actively suppresses his own country into perpetual austerity for his own ego, basically embracing the idea of being a king of the dregs rather than a largely irrelevant figure on the world stage if he were to open up to the rest of the world. Aside from the fact he clearly knows how far behind his country is compared to the rest of the world and therefore has limits to how crazy he can act, there's not really anything redeeming about him.
Putin is your standard eastern european "strong man," the only thing setting him apart from others is just the fact he has a stronger country and sphere of influence. He saw (and maybe still sees) weakness in western national leadership and jumped at an opportunity that he believes benefits Russia. He has definitely lost his mental acuity like most of these old statesmen, but at least he is, or at least can passibly sell the idea he's looking after his own and attempting to secure Russia's long term interests. In my opinion, the military invasion of Ukraine was a huge mis-step on his part, was likely initiated in response to bad or misinterpreted intelligence that a younger and sharper Vlad wouldn't have fallen for, and probably most importantly as far as the west is concerned, exposed major flaws within the Russian military doctrine and leadership, permanently damaging their clout on the world stage. Even if Putin were to (accurately) declare victory tomorrow, Russia has suffered a major blow.
All of that said, Kim is the more evil/baffling leader.
Kim by far. Since Putin wouldn't kill civilians of his own country just for having or possibly having Covid and also Putin will give out vaccines unlike Kim. There is a major difference between Putin and Kim. Putin actually does want he thinks is best for his country. Meanwhile Kim actively does things that hurt his people for no reason.
There are two types of Dictators those that truly believe in a goal to improve their country and those that just have no idea what there doing other than been evil for the sake of it.
Kim gets my vote.

This is like ‘what tastes worse, Dog shit or Human shit’.
i think Kim Jong un, wishes he was like Putin with a country as large and rich.
I think Putin wishes he was like Kim Jong and had a population who worship him totally.
Definitely Kim Jong Un. Although Xi Jinping is way worse than even Kim.
Kim. But Putin is certainly evil as well.
They both deserve room temperature.
Neither is evil compared to the American regime.
Probably the gag moderators on here
