I used to work nights at a gas station. One night I was looking down under the counter while rearranging the lottery scratchers and heard a big loud man's voice with a strong German accent ask me "Yes, can I get a pack of Marlboro lights?" Before I looked up to see who was talking to me, I said "no problem, dude" . I looked up expecting to see an Arnold Schwarzenegger type dude and I was right, except it was a giant German guy dressed as a woman. He looked ridiculous, like a character out of a comedy movie. He was over 6 feet tall and over 300 pounds and talked like Arnold, nobody would ever think he was a woman. He did not look happy that I called him "dude", but said nothing.

No matter how much ground they've gained, they are the sorest of losers if even the tiniest setback occurs. I've had to deal with setbacks my entire life.
