There are no winners really.

it would result in pretty much every western nation pulling all manufacturing from China, as in everything.

Their entire economy would go in free fall as their domestic usage is not really sufficient for all products.

That and South Korea would also be severely impacted likely from invasion from North and also not able to ship goods.

China would also lose pretty much every single merchant marine ship, these are priority targets.

It would likely be a predominantly sea base war with submarines being the key assets. Total exclusion zone around China. Then just leave it alone as it cannot project power that far.

Realistically, probably China.

In a kinetic war that relied on brute force, the US would win, but that would require competant military leadership and for the Biden administration to recognize that it is at war, which would be extremely unlikely, given their track record.

The Chinese will, and probably already have won through economics and ideology.
