If there was to happen a war between China and USA who do you think will win?
Right now USA would but under biden that’s starting to change unfortunately. Obama severely damaged our capabilities. He allowed China to have naval superiority in the China sea where 25% of the worlds trade occurs.

A limited conventional war, definitely the US. Our forces, technology, and tactics defeat a large Soviet-style military any day of the week, easily. It would be similar to us wiping the floor with the Iraq army (as China has similar eqt. and structure- despite their fancy copycat tech prototypes). However, if it was a protracted conflict then China would have the advantage. Patriotism in the US is at an all time low, and the people are weak hedonists who couldn't struggle like we did in WW2.
Wars with strategy and weapons? Usa
wars just to make a crater-like mess on the planet?
probably China.
We have the means, but America is smarter to not just blast rockets on our own soil.
it’s all our soil when we consider the fact we all share one floating rock…
none else like it so…
if we truly shit this up…
no one is gonna be happy with the radiation of the sun burning our skin off.. 😍🙂
so if China is kamikaze depressed and suicidal they can just ask for a trip to space to do so-
they should really not be stupid and mess it up for the rest of us, who like to live.. 😒
There is a strong home field advantage. It's extremely difficult to carry out a serious war across the ocean. Having said that, I think the US has a better chance at war in China than China has at war in the US. I think the US is better set up for overseas wars than China. They have a lot of global bases, plus have much better control of the oceans, which is essential. China has a fairly large navy, but not the type needed to control the open seas and carry on an overseas war.
But either one would have a VERY hard time trying to beat the other on their soil. It would be devastating for both sides, but especially the attacker.
I think the US. I presume we are talking about over Taiwan or in support of Japan or South Korea.
It is pretty had to anticipate how well China forces would perform. We have to assume an air/sea war as I doubt the US would consider army forces. There has been a lot of hype on hyper sonic missiles etc but as it turned out with Russia their hypersonic missile is just a rocket.
There are also serious limitations with hypersonic flight in the lower atmosphere as there is the issue of burning up from friction.
It is in the interests of China to boast up it forces. It is also in the interests of the US military to do the same to get more funding.
In short I dunno but the US is more experienced.
2 world most powerful countries would be horrific if they clash there is a reason why they are tip - toeing lol. If one is so stronger than the other you wouldn’t ask this question right ! That’s why you are wondering because they are both powerful: I believe China is a big country and they are loyal to their own country they are also diverse but yet considered largely homogenous country that matters so much. Also they fight without having any benefits at all. In the US it’s more like oh if you go to war you get a food stamp and your kids tuition covered 3k per year. They buy you for a sausage price. In China is for pride reason if they go to war. Anyways
Most likely China is in favor however I can see US win too since China military it’s not been tested for years. I mean it’s ok whoever you chose we are currently ruled by China if you haven’t noticed so they will be overjoyed to hear it’s them.
Time to warm up or social creditDead or alive, I'd rather not see that day.
If it became inevitable, I believe the USA will be victorious.
That's not very specific. First off who initiated the attack. And was it full scale. Because in the modern sense a full scale war between China and the United State there is no real Victor. This is why proxy wars are fought. Right now The United States has the technological advantage. But at the rate China steals secrets that won't be for long. Navy wise the United States has China dwarfed. And the United States would flat out OWN the sky in any aerial war. The only real advantage China has at the moment is it sheers numbers. They could send wave after wave like cannon fodder against us. And this is primarily why the United States doesn't want to fight a war against China. 1. It's bad for business. But 2. Why Unite the Chinese against us? China's internal strife is thier biggest challenge. China will always have the same problem every communistic society has ever had. Freedom is a basic human right.
The US still had the best military and best weapons. China has billions of people so they outnumber the people in the US. If everyone in China were to jump up and down at the same time it would generate a tidal wave so big it would destroy the entire west coast.
mmm i think MAYBE america? i mean china would ally with russia, north korea, maybe india and perhaps other non-western countries whilst america would have most of Europe but yeah... in terms of power and resources maybe they're both equal and neither would hold back too much too so i'm not sure
America. The USA knows it. China knows it... Thus why China is trying to conduct an information war against us and utilizing subversion and corruption to try to obtain their goals. They have already lost though and it's going to be a costly mistake for the CCP.
Both have nukes so no one would win a direct confrontation, china is better at fighting islam.
China has a far bigger military than the USA and if they call on North Korea for support that swells even further. But the bigger army doesn't always win. What counts is can you afford to replace lost equipment and troops plus does the general population have the stomach for large losses. If America is to win they'd have to do it quickly, history shows they struggle with long wars.
It depends on where it was, the objective, element of surprise etc.
China couldn't defeat us here and we couldn't defeat China in China.
So where is it?
Probably Taiwan. It is hard to say. Taiwan is so close to their coast. That's a tough call.
Most likely, they would call a truce or they both lose. Also, it may depend on when; whether now are in the future. Some years ago, when asked, What can China do about the USA, China's reply was nothing YET.
I would have to say China. Didn't they get a lot of USA'S weapons after the war in Afghanistan ended? Like 85 billion dollars worth of our military equipment that Trump bought.
USA has the technology. China has the infiltrators and propaganda on their side. the propaganda is doing a great job at taking down the USA already.
Define victory? The US can't successfully invade China and vice versa. The US can beat them at sea. China could take Taiwan but it would cost them. In a conventional war the US could flatten the Chinese infrastructure, navy and airforce.
I am afraid that no one would win. It would probably turn nuclear because of the size of the Chinese army verses the size of the US military.
The United States would win, which, apart from the United Kingdom, is the only country that has a global military deployment.
Usa. Even if the US military eas thanks snapped out of existence there are 100 million gun owners in America. If just 1 % resust the Chinese thats 1,000,000 combatants they have to deal with. For comparison the US military is about 1/4th that many
