I mean if your talking stereotypically for sure on the Lazy part. Dumb however is more subjective you could be smart but just stubborn like how Einstein was with his smoking and drinking. Same for eating unhealthy.
Also stereotypically don't mean always. But if your that person who drinks 6cans of pop everyday, sits around and eats takeaways 24/7 and are fat it's not exactly a surprise. Now if your fat but eat healthy and are not lazy then that's often a surprise.
Thought sats wise it's normal for people to become fat and more healthy way of processing food. If you don't become fat and eating junk all the time, you will actually be worse off on the inside.

Yes fat people are extremely lazy I’m 300 pounds. And I only work 55-60 a week. And on my free time I work on my house and cars. But yes fat people are lazy
