Guns are needed to protect people from government tyranny more than each other. Look at Canada and Australia's draconian COVID restrictions and mandates if you need proof of that. Or if you want to get more extreme, look at modern 2022 China. The second amendment is why the US hasn't become like those hellholes yet.

Most Americans know that democracy isn't real and evil oligarchs run the country. So stop blaming everyday civilians everytime a Donald Trump or Joe Biden gets elected. American people have no control over this sh*t whatsoever.

Americans are often so divided because you could argue there's "too much" freedom in America, where as most European countries are homogenous and everyone thinks the same way.

Americans don't hate or look down the rest of the world. Most people just have no idea how BIG America is. It's basically a continent-sized country with fifty country-sized states inside it (well, 48 if you don't count Alaska and Hawaii). America is too big to worry about places like Moldova and Ecuador.

Metric f*cking SUCKS! (And yes, I know both and how to convert them.) Metric is logical for scientists, but is absolute sh*t for everyday life, where as Imperial was literally designed on a human scale. Metric only highlights how small, weak, and fragile humans are; how most humans aren't even 2 meters tall, or how most humans can't even survive 50 C temperatures, or how little humans weigh in kilograms. You are definitely WAY too European to understand how sh*t Metric is for daily life.

And finally: Americans are no more dumber than the rest of you. And it's a VERY idiotic assumption to think the rest of the world isn't full of as many idiots as America is. Human beings is general are idiots. Stop pretending like this is some uniquely American thing. I live in South Korea and I assure you Koreans are just as aloof, foolish, and dumb with their phones out in public and not paying attention to their surroundings as Americans, if not way more so. Way too many Koreans walk out into open traffic while texting or playing mobile games and crap.

I don't have a problem with America going metric, but a lot of other Americans are either too scared or too lazy to go metric. Some of them think going metric is some plot the 'One-Worlders' cooked up to enslave America, and they'll wave their American flags while telling you so.

Complexion. Americans have such a hangup about one's skin tone you'd think anyone who isn't white was born on Mars, Jupiter, or Venus & not on Earth.

That doesn't really exist in Europe because culture, history, traditions, etc. mean more. Never mind not everyone is uniform even in Europe. Many uneducated think Swedes or Finns, as an example, are all blonde & blue-eyed whereas that isn't the case even without Sami ancestry. Poles & Germans are another typically portrayed as blonde & blue-eyed "race" & yet southern Polish & Germans are typically brunette and may be darker-skinned, even Mediterranean-like, depending on where they are from.

I'm not saying racism doesn't exist. But Europeans don't go on & on about someone having slightly darker skin as if demented rabid dogs like Americans do. I mean my uncle's entirely European, British-Swede, but he tans --- and dumbass Americans in Florida joked about how they had to empathize Caucasian on his driver's license otherwise he'd be confused as "black" (or mulatto).

In my opinion guns aren't the issue, mental health is. Its just easier for them to blame the guns than it is to address the mental health issues. If a psychopath wanted to kill people and couldn't get a gun, they would still find a way to do it. I think there would be a lot more bombings if they couldn't get guns. Banning guns to address these issues would be like banning forks to fight obesity...
