I think republican's are more around you judge people based on merit and Character.
Yet Democrats say they are tolerant and accepting but I don't think they are.
Race is a non-issue for 99% of Republicans, both voters and politicians. It isn't worth the time of day, and turning pretty much anything into an argument about race, sex, or anything else beyond one's control is seen as an admission of defeat in the absence of a better, logical argument. To some, this could justifiably be perceived as "racism" through apathy, but could more accurately be seen as valuing actions over words and appearances. Particularly in the eyes of the more nationalist Republicans, "American" is a consciously chosen lifestyle, not something born into.
Most Democrat (politicians) don't actually care about race either (or else they wouldn't allow for their own ranks to have so many tokens), but they see it as a very useful tool in their current identity politics doctrine, and they absolutely do treat people like tokens: the way Karin Jeanne-Pierre was introduced to her position by citing how many intersectional checkboxes she fills rather than skills and qualifications is a perfect, recent example. By forcing division and exclusionary labels between people and encouraging it, they can more easily energize (mostly young) groups into engaging in groupthink, manipulating them into demanding self-destructive policies that benefit what the Democrats of every color, race and creed really care about: power. Their politicians will sound the race bells when they think they can get away with it to push their own agendas, but will look completely the other way when it hurts or can't benefit them.
So really at the end of the day, the vast majority of people either don't care about race, or are just out to exploit it for their own gains, or are the fools conned into a self-crippling grift by the latter group.
Conservatively people judge merit and character by race. This is where historical "no Irish need apply" in the mid 1900s. Same can be said with German, Italian, and Jewish immigrants going to the United States of America in the same time period.
The thing is conservatives use the same 1900s talking points about Hispanic immigrants today. Even the children of said discriminated groups of the last century. Unless every family goes on a intimate dinner date with a government official, how can a state determine merit and character?
It's a whole crock of shit conservatives care about merit and character. "Don't make me look stupid when you edit this." At the end shows how disingenuous she is with the same talking points you have.
Republicans don’t have a moral compass line. They will say anything to get what they want. Mostly untruths racism when it fits. Democrats are weak and don’t do what they are voted in to do but less judgmental. Liberals are too wishy-washy back and forth to take a solid stance on anything.

Centerist politics has always been most tolerant, as Left and right wing leads to opposite extremism. The US doesn't give a Centerist option usually, someone who is middle ground with a mixture of Conservative and Liberal views.
Republicsns. Democrats have been making everything about race. Biden;s whole cabinet was chosen by their race or sexual orientation. He chose a new Supreme Court justice entirely on skin color as well. This is the very definition of racism.
"Racism" is a fundamentally illegitimate concept. In-group preference is completely natural and shaming people for it is retarded.
Honestly, you will run into some racist people, but in my experience, most people are neither.
Republican, of course!! WHO freed the slaves? REPUBLICANS!! WHO runs the KKK? DEMOCRATS!!
Well, Democrats are the ones who were pro slavery, pro segregation, and pro Jim Crow Laws.
Democrats seem to be the ones hung up on race not republicans sooo
Pretty sure this vote will go down party lines. Shocker!
Which party started the slave trade and the KKK?
@lamaguy
So they must have forgotten about this, because they are now holier than thou.
Republican
