Why do so many group home staff never take responsibility for there mess ups and make every problem the clients fault and have holistic models?

well some are mean some of mine have really hurt me and sometimes they never listen or dont take you out or keep getting on you or yelling at you or teasing you or making fun of you and sometimes they will never ever take you to the store
