Pretty much hit the nail on the head there. You don't hear them complaining about equal representation in landscape gardening or sewage maintenance. They're quite happy to let the guys handle those jobs. They're only interested in the top 10% and that's justification enough to say that all men are the same.

No. It probably has to do with making 70% what man does. Having a disproportionate representation in leadership in society. And the double standard. When it comes to business. If a guy is successful he's driven. But if a women is successful she's a b****.
