From what I heard adoption is good. Parents only adopt kids when they are 1 to 3. It's older children that get sent to foster care which I heard is bad. I'm not sure if there is a difference.

There are just times when nothing will help a child. there brought home from school. courts and half way houses and 30seconds later they are hooked again. parents that try are often older and handi capped and cannot deal with a bad child and survive or protect a sibling from a bad child.
