Since we're trying to be inclusive, wouldn't the acronym be better as SLGBTQ+, with "S" for Straight?

Did you ever get rejected for a job for being straight?

Did you have to fight the system to allow people to serve their country no matter their sexuality and be open about it.

did you ever have a private guest house etc refuse you a double room because you were straight and your partner was straight?

when the answers to those is yes, until then it’s a tad insulting

Yes straight people can be proud they are straight, proud they have a system that historically has discriminated against anyone that is not straight.

It does seem some countries are very much against anyone not white and straight, segregation laws, sodomy acts, raiding gay bars.

imagine life in 1920 America, for a straight white guy, a gay white guy, a straight black guy and a gay black guy.

that does seem to be what a lot of people want to head back to.

No, because "being inclusive" has never been farther from these people's minds than it is now. That and the fact that the current gender ideologies, which now include a term for what ten years ago was considered a normal person, has essentially made "LGBT" totally irrelevant.

I thought there was no difference between men and women. There are no more actresses or stewardesses, now all are actors or flight attendants. So why do lesbians get a different word then gays?

Because straight is already the norm therefore you don’t have to specify it. Because of the fight for their rights LGBTQ is a community and straight isn’t apart if it unless you are an ally because we already have a community in which we are accepted as “the norm.” The inclusive term for SLGBTQ+ is just called the human race.
