If the potential-newcomers have legitimately passed background-checks and are hard-working contributors, YES. (My family & I are 1st-generation newcomers!) And immigration-law shouldn't be too troublesome for them.

How about clarifying your question? Of course I support migration. I migrated to Tennessee from the People's Republic of Massachusetts years ago I also do Legal Immigration. My wife is a legal immigrant and I paid a bundle to get her here. I do not Illegal Immigration.

The United States admits over a million legal immigrants here, regardless of race or education, every year.
