+1 yBuild Back Better was an excellent plan, in my opinion, it’s unfortunate that the tribalism in Congress stymied it’s progress. That should have been his biggest accomplishment, and would have had a very positive effect on America’s future. Maybe he can come back with a modified version of it, we’ll see.
I’d say his biggest accomplishment was overseeing the distribution of the vaccine. I took my elderly father to get his (and I was able to piggyback on it as his caregiver), and the whole operation couldn’t have been more smooth, for what was certainly tens and maybe even in the hundreds of thousands of people. The whole rollout was excellent, and a rare shout out from me to the Trump administration as well for the speedy development of it the year before.019 Reply- +1 y
He caused the inflation around the world? You know that’s everywhere, right? You know places exist besides America in the world and similarly suffer from worldwide problems? Did you catch that little pandemic thing we just had? You know when we had to lock down, they were doing that pretty much everywhere? And when that happens, production of goods and services slows or completely stops? And you know businesses make less money when that happens? And is it crazy to think those businesses will charge a little more the next year to try to make that lost money back? If you think gas HAS TO cost what it does, by some necessity, then the wool is completely over your eyes. You don’t like Biden and you didn’t like him coming in. This a convenient thing for you to blame on him, it’s not based in actual merit or even seeking to find the real truth. If you cared about the real truth, oil companies would at least share some of the blame.

If you respond to anything I write here, answer me this: Why doesn’t it make you angry that oil companies are charging us this kind of money while their CEOs are making multiple hundreds of dollars per year? Especially when they have the green light to drill but are simply choosing not to? Don’t believe the hype about “Biden put all these restrictions” and that nonsense…. YES, we’re starting the transition to greener energy sources. We can bicker about the timeline or the costs involved in that, but at the end of the day, some CEO or some oil sheikh in the Middle East who never worked a day in his life is the one ultimately jerking you. You think senile Joe Biden can fix that? You think Donald Trump can fix that? Shit, Trump did some sort of thing that my morning brain can’t remember exactly, but when prices were low and oil companies were crying poor during the pandemic (L-O-fucking-L), he did some sort of thing to ensure their prices on a barrel wouldn’t fall BELOW a certain point. I mean, why are we sucking these guys’ dicks for oil? This is an absurd cycle to be in, and I ready to incur whatever costs come with getting us out of it. I’ll pay more money for an electric car now to start getting off oil and stop having to do business with these shady petro-states, deal with sanctions on Russia to further spike the demand in world oil supply….. it’s about doing what’s RIGHT, not about doing what’s more affordable. We absolutely cannot be guided away from doing the right things based on “but it’s too expensive.” FUCK THAT.

*Why doesn’t it make you angry that oil companies are charging us this kind of money while their CEOs are making multiple hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars per year?
- +1 y
If you will remember in his campaign he clearly stated he would suspend all drilling even offshore. He stated he will completely shut down the fossil fuel industry and he’s done just that. Either you weren’t listening or you didn’t give a fuck what the consequences of him doing that would be. Now the mother fucker wants to go to Venezuela and Saudi Arabia to get oil instead of admitting he made a mistake and putting Americans to work. The flaw is freight trains and semi’s don’t run on wind, solar or electricity. This has contributed to supply chain problems. All of this is his fault and no one else’s
- +1 y
But again…. oil is up worldwide, and Biden’s policies don’t dramatically affect that. And again…. not a bad thing to start transitioning away from oil, for both ecological and geopolitical reasons. We get held hostage by it simply because we allow it. This is bigger than America, whether or not you choose to look out of our windows or not. If it’s happening everywhere else, why would America be exempt, that’s the point. I understand you’re kind of a “U-S-A! We’re #1!” kind of guy, and do you, I guess, but when something is a trend around the world, it’s silly to act as if it’s only happening in your own country. If your guy was in office and the same things were happening (and they would, let’s not do the whole charade of “well they wouldn’t be like this in that case”, that’s foolish), I’m pretty sure you’d be a little more forgiving of the spike in prices. And maybe you’re right, maybe we’re only paying $4/gallon instead of $5/gallon if Trump was in office, but if you think today the whole world would be fucked and America would be sitting pretty paying $2.50, then you’ve been standing around the pumps too long putting up your Biden “I did that!” stickers and have inhaled too many fumes, lmfao.
- +1 y
But you understand that only affects federal land? There’s TONS of private land in America that oil companies COULD be drilling on and are simply choosing not to. Fact, not opinion,
- +1 y
No stop being a globalist like Joseph Goebbels Biden. The day he took office until Putin invaded gas went up two dollars a gallon because of his anti American attacks on the fossil fuel industry. He can deflect to Putin all he wants but the fact is price of gas here at home was increasing the day he took office because of his policies
- +1 y
Why is it anti-American to move away from fossil fuels? This is going to have to happen eventually, so why not just rip the band-aid off? And it’s not even that, it’s like a 15 year transition. These are good things that should make you proud to be from here.
You can’t just pretend America is the only place on the planet, man. I really don’t know what to tell you there. From our conversations I get the sense that you just America to be an isolated white Christian ethno-state. - +1 y
I heard several excerpts of phone calls with CEOs from their meetings and they said “their primary focus is on their shareholders”, which for all of us dummies in the audience, is another way of saying “fuck you all, we aren’t taking any shorts for the good of humanity, we will be maximizing our profits.” That should make any common man or woman very angry.

Ay yi yi…. I hope you find some peace in your life, man. This isn’t good for you.

Bless up, man. Sending good energy and vibes your way🙏

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yHe provides a lot of comic relief. It's too bad he's off limits for snl.
I heard a snippet of a trump speech today. Trump asked how anyone could be in politics for as long as joe, and have no idea what he's doing as a president. Trump went on to say that he promises if he's the president he will never ride a bicycle. The crowd just roared.00 Reply

+1 yCombat the virus. Its like you have been beaten with an idiot stick.
Even if you disbelieve the virus is real, you can't get schools to reopen, you can't get businesses to function, you can't get anything to happen in privatized industries because the government does not own them.
The economy went into the toilet because the orange turd refused to do the most basic things when combating the virus, like simply issue federal guidance.
It was beyond stupid. America is not a dictatorship, you can't simply order businesses back to work.09 Reply- +1 y
How? Trump didn't even mandate it among Federal employees. He set no federal guidance for vaccinations. And that caused chaos in the private sector. The industry was hemorrhaging jobs. My clients nearly closed their doors, because everyone set about creating their Covid policy. That's fucked up.
Don't even get me started on the schools. We never developed a vaccine for the kids until now. Teachers refused go to go school because we had no universal guidance for how to protect them.
And that's pathetic.
- +1 y
You keep talking about the vaccine. What good is a vaccine, if no one takes it. You didn't take it. . . even after sucking his dick for getting it out quickly.
Your position is nonsensical. Love your orange turd. . . but stop pretending that we should too.
- +1 y
You always take like to or three posts to say something so simple. It is like you post, go away, then get so angry you have to come back and post again.
That's hilarious!
Anyway, your nonsensical position is we should praise trump for rushing a vaccine to market that no good trump supporter will even take, because of your body your choice.
That's how fucking crazy you are.
Haha!!!
+1 yHe did show us just how in bed the media is with the Democrats. However, suddenly, those same media "journalist's", are questioning his "fitness" for office. Yeah, okay... I thought that was an issue almost TWO YEARS ago! It is embarrassing.
