There are so many American soldiers stationed in Europe, should EU offer them citizenship?

Um, if they deserted, they'd be arrested- if they weren't turned over, those nations would likely face serious consequences from the sizable army remaining there. If you wanted to implement some kind of visa bonus where it's easier to immigrate if you were a US soldier stationed there, you could probably do that- but I doubt it'd get you many recruits; the one big consistent thing with former soldiers is not wanting to be a soldier any more.

US army made it illegal for US soldiers to get families ik the countries they are stationed in because they get married there and take the host country's citizenship.

Really? Much fewer in number than back in the Cold War 1980s. Most USA bases over there closed. Some are still there, but they are mainly staging areas for interventions in "the Sandbox" or in the Balkans (and the Euros really should have put on their big boy and girl pants and done that back in the 1990s rather than depend upon the USA to do the heavy lifting in that situation).

Seriously, though, take it from an oldster. There used to be many hundreds of thousands of USA personnel stationed in Germany, your Belgium, and many other Euro nations. Peers of mine were over there in the 1980s. Most of (nearly all of?) those bases have since closed down, or the numbers of USA personnel drastically cut back if not closed.

Belgium will build more nato bases on request of usa. Other countries too. Us will increase soldiers stationed in Europe.

No. They are usually only there for 3-5 years and get sent home
