It would be pretty funny.
Do you think striking down Roe could lead to forced vaccines?
It would be pretty funny.
It's the exact opposite of that.
To put the recent ruling in a but shell.
The US government does not have the jurisdiction or authority to make abortion legal OR illegal in Germany or China. They also don't have the jurisdiction to make it legal OR illegal in California or Kansas.
At the federal level abortion is still 100% legal and will continue to be. It's not illegal because the feds don't have the authority to make it illegal. Therefore it IS legal.
It's a different issue, but most likely they would look at forced vaccines in the same way. That the feds don't have the authority to force vaccines.
They are limiting the role and power of the federal government and returning it to the states where it belongs. Why the heck would people want a bunch of politicians hundreds or thousands of miles away to be calling all the shots, when they have far more accessible representatives in their own back yard that they can actually talk to? Why would anybody want that?
The ruling EMPOWERS people. Why would people not want that?
Wait and see what happens. Watch what more power to the people does. People will discover just how much more power they have now than they had before.
No it can’t states can technically mandate vaccinations feds can not. The federal government was designed to have very little power compared to the states. Example originally the federal government isn’t allowed to have a federal religion but the states could have state religions. If we stuck to that idea Texas could require it’s citizens to be Episcopalian for example. California could mandate that everyone had to be an atheist. Utah everyone would be mormon and Michigan could mandate everyone to be Muslim (I’m using Michigan for Islam because of Ilhan Omar)
You have no idea what that decision did. It turned the issue back to elected officials in the states. It did not outlaw abortion. If you want abortion, vote for pro choice people.
Again, guns are actually protected by an actual Ammendment. There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution mentioning abortion being a "right". Even liberals, including RBG, knew it was the court legislating from the bench.
I answered C but I think that’s probably not gonna happen

An this is just me Okay? I think that Striking Down, Roe V Wade is a definite bad decision. Listen to me very carefully Abortions aren't the only way of Birth Control with that being said I don't disagree with a Woman's right to choice.
No. How do you get states decide abortion to mandated vaccines?
These two things are completely unrelated except in your mind.
You never fail to be stupid, do you.
Is it his fault?
