It’s slowing down, but as an example the second of two healthcare systems in my are would rather die a lingering death of increasingly scarce supplies, staff burnout induced errors, and nobody being able to talk about why when yet another staff member mysteriously stops coming to work. It’s like November 1917 in Bolshevik hell where nobody could look at the winter palace but they couldn’t be seen not looking either.
