Blacks in the Jim Crowe era never complained about racism they just worked hard what happened?

Blacks today have it better than they have ever had it before but they are still complaining about stuff like racism. I talked to my grandfather who was alive in the Jim Crowe era he had white friends and he never complained about racism just worked away and cared for his family. What's going on with blacks today always complaining about racism... Why are they so lazy?

The civil rights era began arguably in 1954 with Brown VS Board of education and
Rosa Parks in 1955. There were numerous protests and marches after that time. By the early 2000's, racial tensions were largely gone in the USA except certain strongholds like Forsythe County and Sand Mountain, GA.
Lyndon Johnson's war on poverty succeeded in separating intact families with government money, stimulating crime and illegitimacy.
Then Obama came in and intentionally stirred the pot for the purposes of Democrat power and Biden is doing so now.

If Whites and almost-whites (Obama) could have just left Black Americans alone, they would be a lot better off today.

They got sucked into the cult of communism in the early 1900s. With each generation more crabs got dragged down into the bucket. It sunk them like a stone into a pit they can't climb out of with communism. Drugs became a coping mechanism for their failure due to free government money creating a drug trade economy which fostered dreams of becoming a criminal when you grow up and getting free rent in prison.

What happened was that Black wall street was burnt to the ground and there was a time where black businesses were being burnt and assaulted as a way to hurt the black economy. That disrupted black commerce through out the nation as there were black areas during Jim Crow with higher incomes than some white areas.

After that came the segregation area and white nationalist movements of the 1920s to 1970s. I know this is a loaded question but can explain it some more if you'd like.
