No more than Americans are White.

There is a big mix of Whites, and there is a big mix of Blacks and bigger mix between the two.

In the case of Ethiopia it's mainly three different races, and they speak three different languages and dialects. Somalia its two mainly different races and three different languages

You probably should ask someone from Somalia or Ethiopia. I used to have a friend from Eritrea. He didn't identify as being "Black" or African.
