He also wasn't in the limousine at any point on Jan 6th, and there's a ~4in thick barrier between the driver and passenger compartment in both the limo and the SUV (which he is on video arriving to and leaving his rally in). Communication between the passenger seats and the driver usually has to be done over a radio, or hand signals between escort vehicles. So unless he is both Mr Stretch and superman, there's no way that story is accurate, even before taking into account that basically everyone Hutchinson has claimed to quote is willing to testify under oath that her story is BS.
There's also no way that the people on the select committee don't know this, but they want people to either be misinformed or to believe that opposing their will won't be tolerated.

The economy failed because of the pandemic shutdown. Up until early March 2020, the stock market was up, the economy was strong, there was no inflation, there were no supply chain issues, unemployment was extremely low, gas was $2.46 a gallon, and grocery stores weren't empty. You don't think Trump deserves any credit for any of that? Fine. Just don't change history to fuel your narrative.

Witnesses like Pat Cipollone? Steve Bannon? There's a long list of uncooperative witnesses in this investigation. The value of Hutchinson's testimony is that it gives the investigators a good idea of what they should be asking the witnesses if they ever do testify under oath. They're all free to dispute her testimony, but unless they do it under oath, it's worthless.
For example, questioning the agents could have gone like this: Q: "What happened when President Trump got into the vehicle?" A: "We drove to the White House"
Truthful, but is that as honest and informational as: Q: "Did President Trump try to take control of the vehicle?" A: "Yes."
